You may not find a swimming pool or sauna at Spa Intercontinental, but instead can spend more time being personally spoilt in a chic, treatment based environment

Book in for any of the Elemis or La Thermae treatments, or try one of the spa’s signature treatments like the English Rose Signature treatment, £180, which involves two hours of body exfoliation, Balinese, Hawaiian, Thai and Hot Stone massage combined with an Elemis facial, arm, scalp and foot massage – pure bliss!

You can also book by Pure Time. This means you book a time slot and then decide on the day what treatments you would like making this a very convenient way to indulge.
