This spa is a great place to spend time with girlfriends, as spas go – it’s relatively lively and social. However once inside the private treatment rooms you’ll find a more peaceful and private atmosphere.
You enter The Sanctuary Spa through it’s shop and into a busy reception area from which you can see the spa’s lively restaurant, shop and bar. From here, make your way to the pools and treatment rooms. This space has a distinctly urban vibe which is modern and airy, the Koi Carp Lounge in particular is a good place to while away the hours gossiping with friends while staff keep you topped up with food and drinks.
Sanctuary has all the facilities you would expect from a spa including two pools, sauna, hamman, mud rassul, Jacuzzi and relaxation room: a sleep space which you must book but where you’ll be able to enjoy uninterrupted rest. Treatments are great value for money. We recommend the Sanctuary Cocooning Body Wrap (£110), a full body exfoliation, warm oils drizzled onto the skin and then massaged using heated herbal compresses over the entire body. The treatment is 85mins and is a great way to relax before a facial or mani/pedi.
