She does sit-ups for ten minutes a day, followed by five minutes of lunges - and that’s it. When it comes to dieting she admits she’s a sucker for junk food, ‘I love doughnuts and cheesecakes’. Although the star is not obsessed by diets she admits, ‘I’d be lying if I said I don’t watch what I eat.’ She follows the Anti-Cellulite diet when preparing for a music video or tour. ‘My trick is to eat cereal throughout the day, so I don’t get hungry. I love it.’
