Jennifer Aniston
With her tumultuous love life, you would have forgiven Jen for raiding the biscuit tin to drown her sorrows, but she’s looking more fabulous than ever. She's loves Budokon, which combines martial arts, meditation and yoga; each session lasts a sweat-inducing 80 minutes, and does it twice a week. Her diet of choice is The Zone and it obviously works for her. Each meal is made up of 40 per cent carbs, 30 per cent protein and 30 per cent fats, a varied diet means the metabolism doesn’t have a chance to rest and burns more calories. And Jen’s advice? ‘You're damned if you're too thin and you're damned if you're too heavy. It's impossible to satisfy everyone and I suggest we stop trying’.
