Early start at Marras and it was so worth it, for at last, there was my favourite kind of lip; A bloody (literally) dark one. Make up artist Tom Pecheux created a 'doll princess, surrealist' look. This means - I think - very pretty, very glamorous and rich, and then a little bit odd - in the most part down to the lower lash dots.

KEY PRODUCTS: Lip colour was MAC Velvetease Lip Pencil in Velvet Teen (out soon, don't buy up the stock before I've got mine), then MAC platiunum pigment was pressed into the middle of the lid only.

Hair, by Eugene Souleimon, was intricately braided then embellished with beautiful embroidered pieces sewn in by hand. Not quite a DIY option, but definitely something to consider for special occasions. A look I love.
