"Henry's show" is how House of Holland is referred to.

It's quite unique in never being called by its rightful name, and is in no small part down to the flamboyant character of its designer and a fondness for its overall fun rather than for specifics. Not any more.

Of course there was still a lot of fun to be had - Bingo Halls and Country Living being inspiration - plus lots of the requisite bright colour. But Henry further pushed his label in to "take me seriously" territory with beautiful tailoring in sexed-up Harris Tweed, unique go-the-distance ideas like pearl appliqued sleeves and shoulders and acid orange patent collars and pockets on otherwise simple pieces, shades of Luella abound. The Nicholas Kirkwood shoes were particularly covetable too in two tone patent and ponyskin.

It's looking less of a Henry show and more of a House show. With its DNA still in tact of course...
