Following the sugary tones of her spring summer collection, autumn winter brought a dark palette of deep fern green and blue.
Structured peplum hips and rigid shoulders were scaled with leather and patent strips. Serious winter colours were given a flash of unexpected brightness from yellow or red shorts peeking from beneath short hemlines.
It was still sci-fi in inspiration but where in the past Goldin's wow factor was her masterful knitting techniques - at the risk of wearability - now it is her saleable separates.
