Just two weeks after signing with Marilyn in New York, Dominican Republic born Arlenis was gracing the pages of both American and Italian Vogue and a month later was walking for Christian Dior. Since then Arlenis has gone on to open shows for Oscar De La Renta and Bottega Veneta and has been photographed by the likes of Patrick Demachalier, Jason Kibbler and Stephen Meisel. She also appeared in French Vogue’s controversial 2009 calendar photographed by Terry Richardson and is tipped to be the new face of Lancôme, although this is yet to be confirmed.

A/w 2009 will only be Yulia’s third season but the former law student has already caused a stir in fashion circles. Last season she walked for all the big names as well as winning a coveted spot on Alber Elbaz’s career-making Lanvin catwalk. But it was for Prada that Yulia made the headlines when she, along with fellow rising star Katie Fogarty, fell dramatically from their perilously high python platforms, and had to be aided to her feet by one front row-er.

At just 18 Martinique born Sigrid has already achieved more than most models do in a lifetime. She signed to Elite models at the tender age of 14 and hasn’t looked back since, especially after Muccia Prada scouted her to close the Prada resort show in 2008. Sigrid has gone from strength to strength, opening and closing shows for all the big names from Karl Lagerfeld to Valentino and starring in advertising campaigns for Prada and Armani. Watch out for Sigrid during the a/w 09 shows, she is sure to be the name on everyone’s lips.

This girl is one to watch. With her unique looks and ever-present smile Hollis, from Memphis, Tennessee, got her big break when Peter Lindbergh cast her in the Moschino a/w 2008 campaign. Since then, her idiosyncratic looks have won her the face of Paul & Joe and Paul Smith women. For s/s09 Hollis walked for Vivienne Westwood, Marc Jacobs and Sonia Rykiel to name but a few. We predict big things for this Southern belle in 2009.
