‘Rosamund was wearing a sleek Tom Ford sculpted tuxedo, so she wanted to have a clean effortless make up look,’ Florrie White told ELLE. Just the kind of look team ELLE loves.

With a subtle make-up look the key is a great complexion, so White prepped Pike’s skin with Nude Radiant Day Moisturiser and evened out her skintone with YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat, ‘this gives a very natural and illuminated finish’.

A little Touche Eclat brightened the under-eye area. With lashes curled White applied a ‘beautifully intense black shadow from the Devoted to Fans #1 Pure Chromatics Wet and Dry Eyes palette’ blending from the outer corner of the lashline across the middle of the lid. The dark shadow was kept away from the inner corners to keep the eyes looking bright and not too done.

‘I intensified the lashline with Long Wear Dessin du Regard in Velvet Black and coated and separated the lashes with Shocking Mascara Volume Effect,’ said White.

Through the sheer foundation Pike’s natural ‘English Rose flush showed through so I just pumped it up a little with Blush Radiance in 2 over the apples of her cheeks’.

White finished the look with a slick of Lipstick Volupte Sheer Candy in 3 Juicy Grapefruit to add a hint of tint along with a cool gloss and a light dusting of translucent powder.

Simple and beautifully elegant. We love.
