Samantha Barks has won the Breakthrough Performance award at the ELLE Style Awards.
Barks graduated from West End headliner she first came to the public's attention in 2008 when she came third in the BBC talent show I'd Do Anything by winning the star-making role of Eponine in the film adaptation of .
Barks shone in the Oscar-nominated film alongside Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Eddie Redmayne and Amanda Seyfried.
She accepted her award tonight from veteran performer Ronnie Wood.
