Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Johnny, has appeared in a photoshoot for the Self Evident Truths campaign, a project by photographer iO Tillett Wright, who aims to erase the boundaries of sexuality by snapping 10,000 people who identify as anything other than 100% straight.

Yesterday iO posted a picture on her @iolovesyou Instagram where she was giving Lily-Rose a piggy back; the caption read, 'She decided to wanted to be in "Self Evident Project" because she falls somewhere on the vast spectrum [of sexuality], and I couldn’t be happier to welcome her to the vast family.'

Those with keen memories will remember that this is the same project that Cara Delevinge chose to out herself last year when she Instagrammed a picture of herself in a 'We Are You' Tee with the caption, 'I'm late for National Coming Out Day but better late then never. Don't be scared to be who you are.'

This is just another nail in the coffin for traditional, black and white sexual stereotypes, following data from a YouGov survey last week that revealed 46% of people aged 18-24 would define themselves as 100% straight. Just 6% would define themselves as exclusively gay, which means that 48% see themselves as sitting somewhere on the spectrum.

Lily-Rose, who landed her first Chanel campaign earlier this year, joins fellow millennials Miley Cyrus and Kristen Stewart who also refuse to be defined by their sexuality.
