So when nine-year-old Jacob Tremblay took the cutest selfie ever, with hearthrob Leonardo Dicaprio, our life was pretty much made.
Donning suits with matching black bow-ties, the two stars even had their hair parted the same way, a detail our hearts can't handle very well.
During an interview earlier in the evening, Jacob revealed that he hoped to meet the 41-year-old Leo.
'There's gonna be Leonardo DiCaprio here. There could be tons of people here,' Jacob said, before adding 'I'm excited to meet him.'
Dreams do come true.
In terms of the week's impromptu pictures, this one's the winner, but it was nearly pipped to the post by the surfacing of this amazing photobooth shot of Prince Harry (bottom left, silly glasses) hamming it up with Eugenie, Cara and Suki Waterhouse at a party just before Christmas.
