Instagram's Head Of Fashion, Eva Chen, says London Fashion Week is more creative than Milan and New York because people don't take themselves too seriously.
Speaking exclusively at the ELLE Style Awards, Eva added that the style in London is edgier because people have more fun with it.
'I'm always excited to be in London,' she said, 'so I'm very happy to be at the ELLE Awards tonight.'
And if Eva had it her way, she'd give the award for 'Best Eyebrow Arch' to supermodel Karlie Kloss, the 'Most Lovable' award to Alber Elbaz and the 'Best Hair' award to Edie Campbell.
'Edie has THE best hair, I wanted to get my hair cut like hers but I haven't got round to it yet,' she says.
