Ellie Goulding presented designer Stella McCartney with the British Brand Of The Year Award at the ELLE Style Awards 2016. When we caught up with Ellie after she gave the award, we found out just how much of a fan of Stella she really is.
Ellie said, 'The industry needs to be aware that resources are limited and that things shouldn't be made at the expense of animals. That's why I love Stella, because she's forward thinking.'
'An ethical approach is something that needs to prevail in fashion,' she continued.
'What could be better than a brand for women that's sexy, cool and sophisticated, but at the same time is against cruelty to animals?'
Like Stella, Ellie avoids animal products in her diet, sticking to a vegan menu.
