Victoria Beckham will show at London Fashion Week for the first time this September.

WWD reports that the event will be part of the brand's 10-year anniversary celebrations, which will also include special pieces and a change to its existing show approach.

This February, Beckham will stage "intimate presentations" at the James Burden Mansion on Manhattan's Upper East Side to showcase her autumn/winter 2017 offering - a throwback to how she used to present her collections when the business was in its early stages. The label went onto to host full catwalk shows at New York Fashion Week, usually attended by her high-profile family, as well as the echelons of the fashion world.

Although Beckham has not held a show in the capital before, she did once make an appearance as a model on a London catwalk, namely for Maria Grachvogel in 2000.

Over the past decade, the designer has built up a lucrative business. In December 2016, annual global revenues came to £36.4 million with losses of £8.5 million. The company reported that the first half of revenues saw revenues grow in the double digits.

In December 2017, the brand was given £30 million investment by private firm, NEO Investment Partners, which will be used to build the brand's digital and physical retail presence, drive growth in core categories and introduce new categories and collaborations.
