Is Katie Holmes about to return to our TV screens? The actress and ELLE cover star has filmed the pilot for a new, as yet unnamed series for ABC.
Written by Richard LaGravenese, who also penned Behind the Candelabra, the plot centres around Philip Fitzgerald Julien, played by Rufus Sewell, who teams up with a former lover to sabotage the marriage of her ex-husband and his new wife. Thats Katie.
No launch date has been confirmed for the series, but it would be a welcome return to TV for Holmes. The last big small screen role that she took was that of Jackie Kennedy in The Kennedys. But shes still Joey Potter to us.
