Oscars' presenters announced

Brad and Ange will do the honours

It’s just five short days until this year’s Oscars and we can practically smell the wardrobe anxiety from here. Obviously the winners of the awards are a closely guarded secret but we do know who will be taking to the stage to present the statues.

Jennifer Lawrence, presumably hopping to make it to the podium without a repeat of last year’s stair-tripping incident, will join an impressive line-up that includes Angeline Jolie, Brad Pitt, Benedict Cumberbatch, Bradley Cooper and a clutch of former ELLE cover stars - Amy Adams, Emma Watson, Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson.

What else do we know about the ceremony? Ellen Degeneres will be hosting for the second time, and ELLE favourite (some might say obsession), Pharrell, will be performing his Oscar-nominated song, Happy. And, of course, Leonardo Di Caprio, Matthew McCaonaghey, Lupita Nyong’o, Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender will all be vying for the awards.

We’ll be working through the night to bring you all the dresses, news and gossip as it happens. See you here?
