The as-yet unnamed boy weighed a healthy 9lb.
'Kate had Baby Boy Winslet on Saturday at an NHS Hospital,' a spokesperson for the actress confirmed to press.
The actress is said to be 'doing well' and understandably 'thrilled' about the new addition to her family; a little brother for Mia, 13, and Joe, nine, from her first two marriages. The baby is a first child for Kate's third husband, Ned Rocknroll, whom she married last December.
