This weekend, Comic-Con 2014 kicked off with a bang in San Diego, and we have to say, there were plenty of things going on to get excited about.

From Wonder Woman's big costume reveal to Daniel Radcliffe walking around in disguise, here are the best bits from the event:

1) Wonder Woman’s makeover

Exclusive images of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman were released to fans this weekend – but instead of focusing on the actress, all eyes were on her outfit.

It would appear that Wonder Woman has undergone a severe makeover for her appearance in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. This time around, her costume is noticeably different from the traditional red, white and blue number sported by Lynda Carter in the Seventies.

In the powerful (albeit dark) images released by director Zack Snyder, Gal Gadot sports a bronze bodice, knee-high boots and matching cuffs. It’s totally different, but we love this strong new rebrand for the super heroine.

2) Daniel Radcliffe in disguise

Much to the dismay of avid Harry Potter fans, Daniel Radcliffe managed to walk around unnoticed at Comic-Con this weekend.

Rather than opting for his usual cloak of invisibility (Harry Potter-style), the actor chose a full Spider-Man suit complete with mask. And to top that off, he opted for a fake American accent too.

Excellent camouflage skills, Potter. 10 points to Gryffindor…

3) Benedict as Batman?

It’s not everyday you get to visit Comic-Con and marvel at Benedict Cumberbatch posing next to penguins, while admitting he’d like to be Batman. But that’s what happened last Thursday on the first day of the event.

The Sherlock actor, who was there for a Q&A panel alongside the team behind Penguins Of Madagascar, clearly stole the show as he answered questions from fans.

During one of the first Q&A panels of the event, the actor was asked which Marvel character he would most like to play. His response? ‘Batman, I guess.’

Oh, how we’d love to see that.

4) GoT bloopers revealed

Game Of Thrones fans were treated to a reel of hilarious bloopers from season four, during a panel with the cast of the show.

From Arya (Maisie Williams) tripping over her own feet during a sword scene, to the usually elegant Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) putting on a comical Cockney accent and saying ‘I’m a khaleesi not a queen, for f*** sake, mate.’ – you’re guaranteed a chuckle.
