Lena Dunham is never one to keep her views under wraps.

This certainly applies to the Twitter campaign launched this week by Dunham, characterised by the hashtag #StopTheStigma.

The campaign was launched in the light of American network, NBC refusing to air the trailer for upcoming rom-com, Obvious Child, because of the mention of abortion.

Dunham took to Twitter to shame NBC for the stigmatisation of abortion, as well as encouraging followers to sign a petition to stop the censorship.
