In March, Caitlyn Jenner landed her first major fashion campaign as the face of H&M sport. Now Jenner is lending her voice to H&M as well, as part of the brand's powerful new video campaign, called "For Every Victory."

"I truly believe in the power of sports to bring positive change to people's lives," Jenner says in a statement. "This is why I'm so proud to be part of the For Every Victory campaign, because it reminds me of the strength and bravery of people around the world to be their authentic selves and overcome any obstacles that may come their way."

The video stars athletes like Chelsea Warner, a gymnast with Down syndrome; surfer Mike Coots, who lost his leg in a shark attack; and boxer Namibia Flores, who couldn't compete professionally in her home country, Cuba, because she's a woman—so she moved to the U.S. to pursue her dream. As we watch these athletes working, being victorious, Jenner tells her own moving story:

I thought it was too late. I thought the goal was too far away. I felt like I couldn't do it alone or with the entire world watching my every step. I fought to belong and for the right to be different. I felt trapped by my body and by what others expected of me. I had to find strength within me that I didn't know I had. I questioned whether it was really worth it. Nothing came easy―but nothing truly important ever does. To keep going, no matter what the obstacles is what victory looks like, whether you're representing your country―or yourself.
