Kim Kardashian dropped a lot of bombshells during her recent Watch What Happens Live interview. The social media queen commented on Kylie Jenner and Tyga's breakup, her feud with Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner's Pepsi commercial and her mother's fallout with Caitlyn Jenner. Since no topic was off-limits, she also opened up about her family's now-former stylist Monica Rose.
During a game of "Plead the Fifth," host Andy Cohen asked Kim why her whole family unfollowed Rose on social media. After a brief pause, she subtly dodged the question: "I haven't worked with her in maybe four years, so my reason is not connected to this."
She continued by explaining Kanye was to credit for her "makeover," not Rose. "But I will say that I read that it was said that she was the reason for my makeover — my makeover when I met Kanye," she added. "I will say that Kanye got me a new team and we kind of documented it. So I think people think that's the reason, and for me, maybe that is the reason. I needed a new vibe."
However, when it came to her family members' relationships with the stylist, Kim was less descriptive. (Her sister Khloe Kardashian, who's worked with Rose for 10 years, reportedly fired her and is considering legal action.)
"Why everyone else? You're going to have to ask them," she said. "For me, I wanted a new vibe, and Kanye wanted to give me a makeover. That's not the reason why my family. [sic] That's me years ago. I just wanted the change."
