It’s a far cry from Hollywood – but Angelina Jolie still looked suitably glamorous as she met leading global politicians at the G8 Foreign Ministers summit in London yesterday.

The actress and U.N. Ambassador was in attendance to speak out about sexual violence against women and children in war zones, a cause very close to her heart.

Angelina had dressed smartly for her appearance, wearing her hair back in a bun, a black dress and overcoat, and pearls. She accompanied the understated outfit with nude pumps.

She delivered a speech at the conference, saying: 'It is encouraging to see men in leadership positions speaking out against rape. Rape is not a women's issue, or a humanitarian issue, it is a global issue.'

Angelina is as famous for her humanitarian work as she is for her films, frequently flying around the globe to highlight the plight of people living in crisis-affected areas.
