Rihanna, Katy Perry, Carly Rae Jepsen – it has been quite a year for big music hits. This November, the biggest music acts in the world will gather in Frankfurt, Germany, for the annual MTV Europe Music Awards where winners will be announced from an extensive list of 16 categories (including ‘Biggest Fans’, which we predict will cause many an online argument). Leading the nominations are Rihanna with six nominations, and Taylor Swift with five.
