Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated, Depps publicist Robin Baum said in a statement. Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children.
The actors embarked on their relationship in 1998, when Depp moved to Paris to film Roman Polanskis The Ninth Gate. A year later, Paradis gave birth to daughter Lily-Rose, now 13. Nine-year-old Jack followed in 2002.
News of the break comes on the heels of repeated denials by both parties. The rumours are not true, Depp recently said. They are absolutely not true. No matter what I say about this, people will believe the opposite. I cant say enough about it not being over.
Depp and Paradis, who have never married, havent been pictured together since 2010.
