‘The impromptu ones are the best,’ says Alicia Huertas, aka Tigs of music outfit Chew Lips, of her wildest nights out. Recalling a recent Sambuca fueled night out in East London, Tigs found herself leaving a venue after dancing on table tops to stumble upon ‘a very grimy house party where unnamed A-list actors were drinking vodka out of saucepans - in the absence of enough glasses - cooled with frozen peas - in the absence of ice.’ Sounds like quite a night out!

Before heading out for a night on the town, Tigs enjoys to get ready with a Gin and Tonic and reveals to ELLE her top five tracks to listen to before heading out the door.

Beck – Girl

‘A super track, heavy but with his imitable flair for fun. Beck can do no wrong in my eyes (I would also put his Sea Change album on to soothe the hangover the next day).

El Guincho – Bombay

‘The guy's an actual genius. The greatest pop music to come out of Spain ever.’

YACHT – Psychic City

‘This track reminds me of good times had, so it always leads to a good mood.’

MIA – XXXO

‘I loved her last album, it was pretty much my record of the year. I'd play the whole thing really, but if I had to choose then it would be this track’

Prince – Little Red Corvette

‘It's a perfect slice of yearning sexy pop and it's got all those little squeals that he does so well. Amazing.’

Chew Lips latest single, Do You Chew, is out now and the band perform this weekend at Lovebox in London.
