Giorgio Armani and Sean Penn raise £2m for Haiti

Sean Penn and Giorgio Armani continue to raise awareness for Haiti

How much would you bid for a lunch with a Victoria's Secret Angel or a few days with Sean Penn?

Saturday evening in Cannes saw a fundraising dinner hosted by Giorgio Armani and Sean Penn at which lunch with a leggy lingerie model went for $115,000, and a Penn-hosted three-day trip to Haiti topped $128,000. We presume lunch is included.

Guests shone in classic eveningwear with Mr Armani and Sean Penn both wearing Giorgio Armani tuxedos with Roberta Armani wearing a black silk Giorgio Armani bustier dress and Petra Nemcova wearing a wave design bustier in grey organza, also by Giorgio Armani. Other guests included ELLE Style Award winner of Next Future Icon, Jessica Chastain in a one shoulder Giorgio Armani Prive cocktail dress and action star Gerard Butler, everybody's friend David Schwimmer and Hollywood comedian extraordinaire Ben Stiller all wore tuxedos.

The weekend's event was successful in raising over $2 million to help relief projects in Haiti after it was devastated by an earthquake in January 2010.
