Going to the chapel -- er, official Royal Wedding website

The new site from Clarence House features official details about the event, videos from the Royal Channel on YouTube, and links to the Royal Wedding Twitter feed and Flickr account.

Rather than registering WillLovesKate.com, Clarence House chose the more sober www.officialroyalwedding2011.org.

So far, the site delivers tantalising tidbits such as, 'The marriage of Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton will take place at Westminster Abbey on Friday 29th April 2011,' and 'The Royal Wedding processional route will go past some of London's most famous landmarks' - not so thrilling.

But something tells us that this site will grow more useful over the next eight weeks, both as an outlet for official, rumour-busting pronouncements, and as the home of a possible live stream of the nuptials themselves.
