Not one, but two fabulous days of polo for Team ELLE this year. On Saturday, the ladies' final at Ambersham, sponsored by Bloom gin, got us all fired up for the star-studded main event of the sport's calendar: the Veuve Clicquot Gold Cup, which was held at the neighbouring Cowdray Park on a very sunny Sunday afternoon.
This year, famous faces Daisy Lowe, Otis Ferry, Edie Campbell and Portia Freeman were among those who braved the heatwave (helped along by Charlottle Dellal-designed fans and parasols and copious amounts of Champagne), to enjoy the 50s-themed party, witness favourites Zacara steal a storming win - and, of course, stomp in those pesky divots.
