'Our goal is to call for change in the loudest voice possible,' declared Beyoncé ahead of The Sound Of Change Live - and, girl, did we all achieve it.
More than 50,000 people packed into West London's Twickenham Stadium on 1 June to witness, alongside the birth of a new kind of feminist movement, performances by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jessie J, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, Florence + The Machine - and, of course, Queen B.
The event raised $4.3m in ticket sales alone for Chime For Change - the charity founded earlier this year by Gucci, which supports the empowerment of women and girls worldwide.
Click through the gallery to see who was there to play their part in what Madonna dubbed 'a revolution of love'.
