Madonna hit London's Shoreditch House on Saturday night to celebrate her birthday. The Queen of Pop turns 52 today, and this weekend she took daughter Lourdes and boyfriend Jesus Luz to the cool East End member's club to mark the occasion.
Now that Madonna's all grown up her sartorial choices seem to have taken a more sophisticated turn. She stepped out wearing a positively demure grey satin dress by Dolce & Gabbana teamed with black court shoes and fishnet tights. But it was her choice of accessories that caught our eye.
Her black python clutch was emblazoned with a big gold crucifix, and she sported a gold necklace to match. After a bit of digging we can reveal that the bag in question was designed by Jason Salstein for his label, Our Lord and Saviour. It's called the Olympus Teneo clutch and it doesn't come cheap - prices stateside start at over $3000. Rumour has it that lucky Madonna was given hers by boyfriend Jesus - we're still trying to work out if the gift was a slightly questionable play on his name or not.More
