Irina Lazareanu is arguably one of the coolest models around. She was hand picked by Kate Moss to be the face of her first collection for Topshop. She was asked by Karl Lagerfeld to sing at one of the Chanel Cruise shows. And she was the official muse to Nicholas Ghesqiere at Balenciaga. She has also long been a style icon thanks to her signature rock chick-meets-boho look, and now we're set to be able to channel the vibe for ourselves - Irina is launching a clothing line.
Her new label, called Rini by Irina, will apparently launch in Japan in September. According to Refinery 29 the range will include vintage-inspired interpretations of Irina's wardrobe staples from flapper-style dresses to shrunken jackets, all channeling the effortlessly cool, thrown-together look that propelled her onto the fashion scene. The designs are under wraps for now but we're keeping our fingers crossed that we love it as much as we love Irina's wardrobe. Watch this space.More
