Its hands-down our favourite time of the week - shame the weekend is so fleeting.
While we polish our petition for the four-day week, check out the ELLE round-up of this weekends cultural highlights.
Exhibitions: Dont wander aimlessly in the direction of a museum, wittering blithely about seeing whats on - before you know itll youll be paying to see a small curation of beige rocks found beside the M5. Try one of our exhibitions for size.
Film: Put the Scandinavian dramas on ice and give Netflix a breather - try our pick of films to see this weekend.
Food: Calories don't count at the weekend.
Stay at home: Wallowing in your PJs isn't allowed but staying at home is - provided you adhere to some very specific conditions.
Music: Try our soundtrack to the weekend.
