For new movie GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra out in August the already svelte Sienna Miller had to tone up her body so that she could portray martial-arts expert The Baroness in the film.
So how did she do it? For two weeks before filming began, the actress and ELLEs 2009 Style Icon award winner trained with fight co-ordinator Marcus Young for four hours every day. We called it Fight Club, says Young. Wed do everything from arm rotations to twists, to side bends to lunges to the splits.
It was so intense I noticed my body change quickly, Sienna told us.

She even learned to run on uneven ground in stilettos, but we cant promise youll master that.
