Sharon, Ozzy, Jack and Kelly Osbourne were presenting as well as a host of other stars who were both awarding and presenting gongs at London's Earls Court.
And while everyone was there for the music, Amy Winehouse made a spectacular return to the stage dueting with Marc Ronson and performing solo for the first time since leaving rehab, it was the fashion that really caught our attention last night - natch!
First up, hostess Sharon Osbourne made three dress changes, as did Kylie, performing in sequins, before changing in to this stunning black dress to collect her Best International Female Award - before one last change, to present Sir Paul McCartney with his award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music - for that she wore Stella McCartney of course!
Rihanna also did a quick change from a micro-mini silver dress on the red carpet to a full length tribal number by Matthew Williamson for her on-stage performance with The Klaxons. Kelly Osbourne and Fearn Cotton also arrived in gorgeous red carpet dresses only to both change in to tuxedo jackets (Kelly's was black, Fearn's was white sequins) to present, while Beth Ditto arrived in Julien MacDonald and left in Luella.
Alexa Chung was about the only star we saw keep her (Chanel) clothes on all night...
