Heidi Klum announces what she'll be wearing to the Oscars

Heidi Klum has just announced she will be wearing red for the Oscars - to highlight The Heart Truth's campaign to raise awareness of women and heart disease through Diet Cokes' Red Dress Campaign.

And it just so happens the red dress in question will be a custom made John Galliano gown.(Lucky girl!)

However the writers strike in America may blight the Oscars in the same way it caused last Sunday's scale back of the Golden Globes - to a mere press conference. If a resoultion can not be reached soon it is feared many stars will boycott the Oscars in the same way they did the Globes, resulting again in no red carpet.

Luckily us Brits still have the BAFTA red carpet to look forward to on 10 February!
