Nicole Richie is going back to school

Reports reach us that Nicole Richie has filed papers in an L.A court confirming that she has enrolled in an alcohol education program. Richie, who is six months pregnant, spent just 82 minutes of her 4 day jail sentance in prision in August this year, after being convicted of driving under the influence, the wrong way up a busy Highway 134 in December 2006. Many commentators have been sceptical about the timing of her pregancy...was it to avoid going to prision for any length of time? Her critics will no doubt be just as dubious of the program she has now enrolled in. Specifically for repeat DUI offenders it will consist of 52 face-to-face councelling sessions, twice weekly group meetings and will take 18-months to complete. With a new baby arriving in three months, where will she find the time?
