Sarah Burton, Christopher Bailey, Erdem Moralioglu, Christopher Kane and Giles Deacon joined scores of leading artists, writers and composers at A Celebration of the Arts, a special event in honour of the Queens diamond jubilee.
Among the crowd of 850 creative luminaries, the fashion designers stood out, having designed bespoke outfits for their well-heeled guests. Deacons design assistant Jess Gough stood a swans head taller than anyone else in the room, thanks to her Stephen Jones headpiece from the spring summer 2012 collection.
Agyness Deyn, a guest of close friend Henry Holland, wore a customised House of Holland gown, and Caroline Sieber, Christopher Kanes plus-one, wore a crystal-encrusted dress based on a SS12 design. Lily Cole, who attended with once anti-royal designer Vivienne Westwood, wore a tiara with her very regal, very Westwood corseted gown.
