The first couple of five-minute episodes are delightfully illuminating about Sevignys life in clothes. Sevigny spends most of the second clip walking the camera through her wardrobe. She pauses at a vintage Versace suit that she thinks looks Muppet-y, and pans across a tranche of her own past-season designs.
Then she reaches for the green lace dress that Proenza Schouler designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez custom-made for her to wear to the 2010 Met Ball. She hasnt worn the bespoke piece since May 2010. Why? Because she ripped giant holes into both armpits! How, Chloe, how?
We went to some party after, and we were totally dancing, and Im a very put your hands in the air-style dancer, and I totally tore it to shreds, she explains. They said they would repair it, so I have to get it back to them. But its totally destroyed.
Also, she has an addiction to black boots, closely followed by a real denim problem. Watch and learn...
