Roksanda gives Florence the X Factor

The singer celebrated her chart-topping status by performing ‘Shake it Out,’ a single from Florence and The Machine’s new album.

She wore a custom Roksanda Ilincic creation for her appearance. The black satin and ivory silk crepe gown featured six chiffon shoulder panels that dancers rippled and plaited behind Welch.

‘It was a great honour for me to be able to work with Florence once more and dress her for such a high-profile, iconic appearance on British television,’ Ilincic said.

‘This bespoke art-deco-inspired dress was an incredible challenge; however I hope it added to the incredible spectactle that is always innate within her performance.’

Ilincic also dressed Welch for her performance at the Oscars in February 2011. Watch last night’s performance below... Is that a ‘yes’?
