Is Kanye planning to show in Paris?

New York Fashion Week started yesterday with no sign of Kanye Wests rumoured debut on the schedule. That could be because Ye is building a show for Paris, rather than the Big Apple.

The Watch the Throne rapper and fashion fan is reportedly working with London-based designer Louise Goldin, Harpers Bazaar Australia stylist Christine Centenera and shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti on the collection.

A Paris fashion source told us that Goldin was eager to show the new line in New York as she plans to move her own label to the US (newsworthy in itself). But Kanye loves Paris and based his design team in a studio in the French capital. We hear theyre working hard to get on-schedulethe only hold-up could be if the samples arent ready in time.

Plus, Fashionologie alerted us to this tweet from The Imagist: Hiss hiss. Which ultra-power stylist is now playing in Kanyes camp for his blue chip Paris showing. And it IS a Paris showing kids!, @hisssquad said.

Interesting. We checked out the Paris show schedule as well, and dont see any slots in Wests name. There is one TBC slot at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, October 5, the final day of Paris Fashion Week. Its just a couple of hours after the Miu Miu show, so most members of the press will still be in the vicinity could that be it?
