Last year, Benedict Cumberbatch demonstrated his impressive vocal abilities in his role as the titular fire-breathing Smaug in the second Hobbit film.
The actor's latest role sees him pertaining to a much younger audience as he voices an animated wolf in the next of the Madagascar franchise, Penguins of Madagascar.
The film follows a quartet of witty penguins who are taken in by Cumberbatch's character, Classified: a smooth-talking wolf and leader of a secret protective animal agency.
Who's afraid of the big bad Benedict wolf?
Well...less afraid, more amused.
Penguins of Madagascar will be released December 4, 2014.
