Emily Ratajkowski Nails The Athleisure Trend In New DKNY Campaign

The 26-year-old model is the face of their fall 2017 collection

Remember when Emily Ratajkoski to the streets of New York City in just her underwear? Roughly five months ago footage emerged of the model/activist/actress waking up, throwing on her bra, and taking her dog out for a walk — all while turning heads from the delivery guy, the neighbours, and the taxi driver passing by, naturally.

At the time, she was the new face of DKNY's Intimates and, as such, modelled the Spring 2017 lingerie, hosiery, and sleepwear line.

So imagine our unbridled joy when we realised Emily was back, in New York, in her favourite DKNY gear.

This time it's for the mega fashion brand's fall 2017 advertising campaign, titled #OnlyInDKNY, and clearly the multiple interactions with people on the street is a thing that works for all parties involved.

This time, the model dances with a street performer, plays a game of basketball, hangs out with American model/painter Miles McMillan and generally struts around Manhattan having a seriously good time.

The shots picture Ratajkowski in the brand's Fall 2017 collection, which included updates on some of the label's iconic essentials from over the years, including a logo puffer jacket, the boyfriend blazer, the turtleneck, and the little black dress. The pieces will also be available in stores in an array of colours including 'bliss' red, aubergine, emerald green and, of course, black.

With the news that Emily has one of the most influential Instagram accounts in fashion, the collab couldn't be more perfectly time.

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at Emily's New York city roaming:

And now back to perving on pics of the model in Italy? Don't mind if we do.
