It's Friday, so we thought it's the perfect time to share with you this picture of Tottie the Pug from Wisconsin. Tottie's owner McKenna has entered her into a pet costume contest and created this bespoke Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball, complete with Barbie playing the part of Miley.
It is quite possibly the best Halloween costume... ever (for dogs or humans).
