Our July cover star, Keira Knightley, and former ELLE Man of the Week Benedict Cumberbatch star in The Imitation Game, out this November – and we've got your first look at the trailer.

The much-hyped biopic of legendary computing genius Alan Turing, played by Cumberbatch, The Imitation Game is a World War II drama focused on Turing's task to break the unbreakable code that, in turn, could win England the war (no pressure then).

Joan Clarke, played by Keira, is the female protagonist and Alan’s confidante who stays by his side throughout.

In our July issue Keira reveals her response to Cumberbatch joke-punching a journalist who critiqued her acting:

'When I saw him again, I said. "Did you punch a journalist?" and he was like, "I f*cking did,"" she says, with absolute glee. 'Everybody needs a friend like that.'

And Keira's reaction to the thought of doing love scenes with Cumberbatch?

'He's my mate and urgh, urgh, urgh.'

Pencil a cinema trip in your diary for 14 November entitled ‘date with Cumberbatch’ so you don’t forget…
