If your short term memory is shot, here's a quick refresher course for you:

just over a month ago, Justin Bieber called for a virtual search party to find his mystery Instagram crush and, as expected, the photo went viral, with many keen to unite the floppy haired crooner with the object of his affections.

The mystery muse was soon revealed by the most dedicated of beliebers as @wolfiecindy or rather, to her friends Cindy Kimberly.

At the time, the 17-year old spoke of how overwhelmed she felt by all of the attention, commenting 'I so do not know how to deal with this.'

But it seems that, as with most things Bieber touches with perhaps the exception of monkeys, this particular association has turned to pure gold.

After speedily amassing 700,000 followers on her own account, it seems as if Cindy has seen the benefit to her new-found fame, as she is set to make her runway debut at Madrid Fashion Week.

Whilst it's still not clear as to what show she'll be walking in, Cindy told reporters: 'I am constantly being called with offers for things but I'm focusing on the jobs that I was already committed to before in the world of fashion and my schoolwork.'

When asked if she had worked in fashion previously, Kimberly answered: 'Yes, I've done various jobs and others which are about to come to light.'

After it was reported that she used to babysit for £3 an hour, it looks like Cindy's life is taking a very exciting turn.
