Hurrah, the sun is out! Temperatures have dropped a little but a Pret porridge pot warms me up for day three, which starts with at the National Theatre, on the South Bank.

This is when you feel London Fashion Week step up a gear. Designers Justin and Thea's show is so accomplished and modern: only they could weave a Darth Vader motif into so many elegant clothes with a Debbie Harry soundtrack. This couple are always extraordinarily welcoming, and I have loved wearing and shooting in my 10 years at ELLE. Check out our app This is London for evocative pictures of them at work last season, with their tiny baby in the studio.

show at The Old Dairy really put a spring into my step, because it is perhaps my favourite collection ever of his - joyful, elegant and ultra feminine. Check out the gold trainers, which somehow worked with the most desirable of little gold dresses.

I had time for a quick omelette with supermodel and cover star Coco Rocha, her husband James and his mum (down from Yorkshire for the day), before heading back to the front row.

As night fell, we weathered a minor electrical fire at spectacular show just before Kirsten Owen, 43, made a welcome return to the catwalk.

The day ended with a roast chicken supper and champagne cocktails in the ballroom at Claridges, hosted by Cara Delevingne.

1. I first met Coco Rocha four years ago in Paris and was taken by how witty and smart she is. She's been an ELLE cover star and wrote a piece on modelling for us. She's putting the finishing touches to an extraordinary book out in November with husband James (who's a Yorkshire boy!). I'm sad she leaves for NYC tomorrow.

2. A 9am Preen show with a Star Wars theme. They look a little short to be storm troopers to me.

3. I am often found at the food counter during the shows and Topshop surpassed themselves this year with food goodie bags at their Tate Modern venue. There were white choccie cookies inside mine.

Clockwise from top left: Giant chandelier at . Outside , a white tree in the winter sunshine. My favourite Richard Nicoll look from today - I cannot tell you how many blue pieces I have in my wardrobe by . Each day, one of my children approves my outfit, today's kid critique comes from Mabel, who loves the blue sweater and silk shirt combo. 'It's touchy,' she says. Preen's metallic Parka - it will be mine!

On day 3 I wore: sweater, Zara blouse, Joseph trousers, Victoria Beckham sunglasses, Anya Hindmarch bag, Christian Louboutin brogues.
