Following on from a successful show at Milan fashion week, it seems that big things are on the horizon for designer Marco De Vincenzo who has, this week, been invested in by luxury brands conglomerate, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy - also known as LVMH.

The group has also recently taken British designers J.W.Anderson and Nicholas Kirkwood under its wing, adding to an already prized collection of 60 luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Moët and Chandon, Emilio Pucci, Kenzo, and Christian Dior perfumes.

As for Marco, he graduated from the European Institute of Design after studying Fashion and Costume, and started his line in 2009. Since then, he’s been working his way up the fashion ladder and prestigious editors, journalists and other big names in the industry now attend his shows.

De Vincenzo’s a/w 2014 collection, which has just made its debut on the catwalk at Milan fashion week, commands attention with multi-coloured lurex shimmering amidst a combination of vertical and horizontal stripes; as well as camel-coloured jackets, checked patterns and large polka dots being thrown into the mix. We can certainly see the appeal.
