Following the success of his inaugural #DIESELTRIBUTE denim capsule, Nicola Formichetti, the brand's high-profile first ever artistic director, has created a leather-centric collection that launches exclusively in Selfridges today.
In homage to the brand's DNA, the twenty-piece clothing and accessories range is a nod to the designer's tradition-meets-future aesthetic - think hand-stitched patchwork leather jackets, body-con dresses, studded vests and rivet caps.
'#DieselTribute came about from inspirations following a visit to the Diesel archives with Renzo Rosso,' explains Formichetti. 'I wanted to show the strength of so many iconic pieces that Diesel have offered throughout its 35 year history.
'With leather playing an important part in the DNA of Diesel, I wanted to create a collection with attitude reflective of modern day rebels.'
The exclusive #DIESELTRIBUTE LEATHER line launches at Selfridges today and will be available in Diesel stores nationwide from 1 February.
