The range offers up a rainbow coloured assortment of thermal classics, including vest, tees, leggings and roll-necks (pictured.) To develop it Uniqlo teamed up with fibre development specialists Toray Industries. The result of their partnership is a fabric that absorbs moisture from the body and converts it into heat, and a fabric that contains added amino acids for a super snug fit.

To mark the first birthday of their flagship store in London, Uniqlo will from Monday, be transforming it into a giant Heat Tech vending machine, complete with thermograph image monitors and cameras so that you can see which parts of your body are cold. Then on 20th November a mobile Heat Tech team will be patrolling Oxford Street with mini thermograph scanners and any passers by showing cold spots will be given a free Heat Tech gift pack. There are 4.000 to give away, so make sure you head down there.
